  I went in as I had bought a $120 bag of dog food which I later found out had mould inside. I went in to ask what they could do for me, as I feel a distributor of a product should be able to resolve such an issue (I bought the product from you- not from whoever you bought it from. Therefore you should solve my problem and then you speak to your supplier to solve your problem)

  They were unable to find a number or any contact details of their supplier 'who they were going to raise a complaint with' (how? ... With no details!?!) they asked my to bring the product in, which is now interstate with my dog... And they weren't going to do anything until then. The 'manager' was rude to me as she wasn't able to help... Love, the only difference between being a manager and an employee who started yesterday is the fact you are supposed to kindly and appropriately deal with customers such as myself.

  I went once with my German shepherd to get a car restriction harness, there was nothing that could making me happy. One of the member helping me until found what I was looking for! Absolutely amazing!
